look after your loaf
Better Bread is delicious straight up, simply spread with butter or your favourite topping. We love it toasted as well, it really brings out the malty flavour and crunchy texture. It stores well in the bread bin for a few days – just like any other bread – and it freezes really well too. Lock in the freshness and pop what you don’t need straight away into the freezer and take it out as you need it.
